I’ve long been a fan of DK’s Eyewitness Books. This book is
worth hours and hours of lecture on the American Revolution. They
use an amazing abundance of photographs of artifacts and paintings.
I learned much about the American Revolution, and it was far more interesting
and memorable than most classes I’ve had on the subject.
