This book is from the book-length poem, “The Song of Hiawatha.”
The language is grand and fun to read.  Definitely for reading aloud.
I read it to my youngest, and his father and older brother listened in,
too.   A little something different from the usual picture book fare,
it tells the story of Hiawatha’s battle with an evil magician.
